Information we process
AvatarTalk processes information needed to provide AI assistants, avatar video generation and conversation training:
- Account email and optional display name when you sign in.
- Assistant knowledge, configuration and connected tool settings.
- Video generation scripts, generated videos, request history and credit usage.
- The scenario description and generated scenario snapshot.
- Text transcript, debrief and score for signed-in sessions.
- Workspace, assignment and progress information when team manager features are used.
Audio and video
Live conversations are not recorded. Microphone audio is processed to produce text during a live session, and avatar video is streamed to your browser. Videos generated through the Avatar API are stored for playback and download. Public demo video links expire after one hour.
Anonymous and signed-in use
Anonymous users can practice without creating an account. Their conversation is not added to product history. Signed-in training sessions keep the scenario, text transcript and debrief so users can review progress and repeat attempts. Kiosk and widget sessions keep timing, usage and outcome, not conversation transcripts.
Service providers and AI processing
We use service providers for speech recognition, AI responses, avatar video and service monitoring. They process the information needed to deliver these features. We do not use learner conversations to train our own models.
When a visitor requests an action, relevant details are shared with the business's connected system under that service's privacy policy.
Access, deletion and retention
Signed-in users can view and delete their own sessions. Deleting a session removes its transcript and debrief. To request account deletion, contact support@avatartalk.ai. Workspace owners must first delete or transfer owned workspaces. Enterprise deployments may agree a shorter retention period.
Manager access
Managers see assignment completion, scores and next-attempt goals by default. Learner transcripts are not part of the default manager report.
